About Designer

Thank you for visiting my site.  It is a result of following an addictive passion.  I've always had an affinity for anything feminine, sparkling and unique, even as a child.  My personal preferences are centered around beautiful, vintage and whimsical things.  I'm amazed by dragonflies, faeries, angels and anything that reflects magic, charm and a little bit of mystery.  I'm also a very spiritual person who believes in creativity, abundance and love. 

My creative and artistic outlets have always centered around the make-up medium.  I've been a make-up artist for several years.  The ability to marry colors and textures together to create something beautiful provides me with wonderful gratification.  Aside from that, the ability to make someone feel happy and good about themselves creates ultimate satisfaction for me. 

Over time, I realized I could also utilize color and texture in the jewelry making arena.  Artistic Adornments is the result of this endeavor.  It is my wish that I will have the ability to make customers happy in this creative outlet as well. I currently reside in Algonquin, IL with my husband of ten years and my lovely dog, Guinness.  They both provide me with lots of inspiration!
